Let the Gourd Times Roll Family Fall Festival 2024

You are invited to share information about your organization or business at the disAbility Resource Center's "Let the Gourd Times Roll Fall Family Festival" on September 21, 2024 from 11:00am-4:00pm, at the Fredericksburg Fairgrounds. The purpose of the festival is to invite the community to a day of fun, create awareness of our organization and yours, and to raise money for the services the dRC provides. Registration fee is $25.00 for non-profit vendors and $50.00 for for-profit vendors. Fee to provide table and chair is $7.00. Any vendors who are selling items but do not have a vendor permit # with the City of Fredericksburg must pay the $10.00 City of Fredericksburg Vendor Permit Fee. All vendors are asked to provide a gift basket or other item with an approximate value of $25.00 to be used as a door prize in the raffle on the day of the festival (please bring these items with you on the day of the event).
