Let the Gourd Times Roll Family Fall Festival 2026

You’re invited to be part of one of the most anticipated community events of the season — the disAbility Resource Center’s “Let the Gourd Times Roll” Fall Family Festival on September 19, 2026, from 11:00am–4:00pm at the Fredericksburg Fairgrounds.

This high-energy, family-friendly event brings together hundreds of community members for a full day of fun, connection, and celebration. The festival is designed to showcase local businesses and organizations, raise awareness about the important work of the disAbility Resource Center, and generate critical support for the services we provide to individuals with disabilities and older adults in our community.


As a vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Promote your organization or business to a broad and engaged audience
  • Connect directly with families and community members
  • Build brand visibility while supporting an inclusive, community-focused event
  • Align your business with a well-respected local nonprofit organization

Vendor Registration Fees:

  • $75.00 – Nonprofit vendors

  • $125.00 – Crafters

  • $150.00 – Direct sales vendors

  • $800.00 – Commercial / home improvement vendors

To add to the excitement of the day, we host a popular raffle drawing. All vendors are asked to contribute a gift basket or item valued at approximately $25.00 to be used as a door prize (please bring your item with you on the day of the event). This is another great opportunity to showcase your business and generate interest at your booth.
